SerCon's reputation for excellent service in unparalleled in the field of IRMS instruments. All our engineers have a minimum of 10 years experience in the design, manufacture and service of IRMS systems. Please contact us with your requirements.

Service Contracts
SerCon offer Maintenance Agreements (Service Contracts) to users of Europa Scientific and PDZ Europa instruments. Contract holders can expect the best possible service and quick response times. Consumables required for routine servicing (oil, filaments, gaskets, etc.) are included in contract prices and unlimited phone, fax and e-mail support is offered through our dedicated help line.

Contract days may be used for routine maintenance, emergency repair, technical or applications training at the customers’ request. If any time is still unused at the end of the contract period we will either extend the period or schedule a routine maintenance visit.

Our Maintenance ‘Agreements’ are named as such because they are formally binding legal documents guaranteeing that we will deliver the service promised. For further details about Maintenance Agreements or for a quotation please contact us.

Please note that contract holders enjoy many benefits including discounted labour rates, unrivalled support, technical bulletins and other free of charge benefits and services.


Service On Demand

Whilst there are obvious benefits associated with arranging a Maintenance Agreement, no agreement is necessary to use our services. Please contact us if you require assistance.


Customer Configuration Database
Customer’s system details are held on our central database enabling us to quickly diagnose problems without the need to ask too many preliminary questions regarding the exact configuration of the system. Non-contract holders are also invited to have their details listed on the database so if you wish to be included, please contact us and we will send you a request for the details required.

Email / Phone Support
All customers purchasing consumables and spare parts will be entitled to free phone, fax and e-mail support (contract holders taking priority) subject to a minimum purchasing agreement.

Users with a Maintenance Agreement can also expect to receive copies of our Technical Bulletins. These are detailed fact sheets detailing how to resolve many common problems and are designed to offer quick and helpful advice.
